Growing up, writing was always easier than talking. All through school I was always writing new stories and collaborating with other people on fictional works. Even in college, I dedicated time to my own writing even when I was attending 2 different universities.

It wasn’t until moving from Florida to Connecticut that I decided I needed to actually finish a book so that I could take the next step and publish.

I completed my first book during the 2020 NaNoWriMo and then set it aside, taking a break from writing so that I could come back to it with fresh eyes.

Needless to say, I started many other works and have failed to completely edit my first draft.

However, in 2024 I have begun a new venture with my husband that has allowed me to get closer to my goal of becoming a published author and am expected to release my first book in Spring of 2024.
